How we check
We compare your details with the rules a cooperative has published itself (letting regulations, statutes, website) and with what the listing says. You see the source for every point.
- Doesn't fit means: a known rule or the listing excludes your household.
- Please check means: nothing rules you out, but a rule or an entry from you is missing.
- Fits under the known rules means: all recorded rules are met. The cooperative's own information is binding.

Frequently asked questions
Which rules apply to cooperative apartments?
Each cooperative sets its own letting rules. Common ones are: a minimum occupancy (people = rooms minus 1), an income limit for subsidised or municipal apartments, residence in the area, a minimum age for senior housing and share certificates as entry capital.
How accurate is the eligibility check?
It only checks rules that a cooperative has published itself or that appear in the listing, and names the source for each point. If a rule is missing, we say so and do not guess. The cooperative's own information is always binding.
Do you store my details?
Without an account, your details stay only in your browser session (a signed cookie, not in the address). You can delete them at any time. They are stored in your account only if you save the check as a search, so the alert reports only matching flats.
With Basis you see the cooperative, the exact address and the application link for every listed flat, plus the alert for new flats and open waitlists.
We e-mail you as soon as a waitlist opens in your place. Without name and link, those come with Basis.
You first get a confirmation e-mail, then only this alert with a note about Basis, at most one e-mail a day. End it any time with one click. Privacy
