Yes, with one click in your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods?
Through Payrexx. Monthly or yearly subscription with TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not store any card details.
Is the alert included in Basis?
Yes. With Basis you get new matches once an hour. With the instant alert (CHF 2.50 a month or CHF 25 a year), they arrive as an instant email right after each search run (search run every 15 minutes across Switzerland).
Why is the instant alert only available with Basis?
The alert sends you links to listings that are only fully visible with Basis. That is why it is an add-on to Basis.
Do you guarantee me a flat?
No. The cooperative always decides who gets a flat. We make sure you never miss a vacant flat and can apply early.
