Only the German version is legally binding.

1. Services

Genossenschaftsatlas offers a directory of non-profit housing providers and an overview of publicly advertised flats. "Basis" grants full access to all listings and sends matching new listings every hour (alert); the "instant alert" add-on sends them right after each search run (search run every 15 minutes across Switzerland). There is no entitlement to completeness or to obtaining a flat.

2. Prices and payment

Basis CHF 4.95 per month or CHF 49.50 per year, including hourly alerts; instant alert (email right after each search run) CHF 2.50 per month or CHF 25.00 per year (add-on to Basis). Existing "hourly email alert" subscriptions continue until cancelled. All prices in CHF incl. 8.1% VAT. Payment is processed by Payrexx; the subscription renews automatically for the chosen period.

3. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in your account, effective at the end of the current period. Periods already paid for are not refunded. One-off payments (without a subscription) end automatically after the paid period and do not renew.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for the accuracy, timeliness or availability of the listings.

5. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Zug.
